The role involves a range of administrative and coordination tasks and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites. A part of the job function involves working with Section 8 and Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH). This is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites for data entry, correspondence, and customer service.• Assisting in the management of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Outlook communications.• Contributing to the housing specialist leasing process, particularly dealing with Section 8 and Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH).• Working within a non-profit environment, potentially assisting with initiatives for the homeless.• Providing strong administrative support to various projects and teams within the organization.• Managing and resolving any administrative issues as they arise.• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.• Utilizing Microsoft Word for the creation and maintenance of essential documentation.
